This website is operated by Locked Keys in Car Toronto. We help people in Toronto reach a local mobile locksmith quickly. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site or call us, and what we do with it.
When you call, we receive your phone number and the details you give us about the job, such as where you are and the lock or vehicle involved. The website also collects basic usage data, such as the pages you view and your device and browser type, through cookies and analytics tools.
Our phone number uses call tracking software. It logs the calling number, the time and length of the call and which page led to the call. Calls may be recorded and tracked for quality and training.
To connect you with a local locksmith, to follow up on your request and to improve this website. We do not sell your personal information.
We share your details only with the locksmith who handles your job and with the service providers that run our phone and analytics systems, or where the law requires it.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may limit how the site measures visits, but the phone number still works.
We keep records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information. Call (647) 313-1298 and ask for your request to be passed to the website operator, and tell us the day and roughly the time you called so the record can be found.
