Three things that do not change

Price before dispatch

The number you hear on the call is the number you pay. Nothing is added at the car.

ID at the door

We check your ID against the registration or rental agreement before the door is opened.

Your OK first

If the job turns out to be more than an opening, we ask before doing anything else.

Real questions

What people ask before they call

Do you only handle car lockouts?

Yes. This service is for a locked car in Toronto. We do not open house or office doors.

A child or a pet is shut inside the car. What is the first thing I should do?

Call 911 first. Do not wait on us if anyone or an animal is in danger inside the car.

Is there a different price for a rental car?

No separate price. We still check your ID against the rental agreement before the door is opened.

What if it turns out to be a broken key, not a simple lockout?

Tell us on the call. A broken key or an ignition problem is a different job, and we quote it before anyone drives out. More: key broken in ignition.

What should I tell you if I am in a parking garage?

The building name, the level and the nearest exit or elevator, so the technician can find you.

What payment methods do you take?

Ask on the call. The technician confirms what they accept before you agree to the price.

I am not sure if my roadside plan covers this. Should I still call?

Yes, call us if you are not sure or the wait is long. Check your plan afterward if it turns out you had one.

Call, hear the price, then decide.

Open daily 7am-10:30pm. No work starts until you say yes.
